Troutbeck Marching Camp 2
Marching or Temporary Camp
A small marching camp about 85m from the fort. There are two entrances each with double-clavicular defences on the west and south sides. The defences have been augmented by an additional rampart which might indicate that this was more of a small fort than a camp. But there is no evidence showing that this was anything but temporary.
