Iron Age Hillfort
Bonvilston Gaer Hillfort is an enclosure of sub-oval shape, measuring approximately 62 meters in a northwest-southeast direction and 40 meters in width, is defined by a single rampart. This inner enclosure is situated within a second circuit, which is also ditched and shares similar characteristics but appears more irregular in shape, measuring approximately 130 meters by 98 meters. Both circuits have entrances facing the north.
