Great Casterton Baths
Bath House
Town bath or Thermae dating to the first century. Early buildings of Great Casterton were of wood with the exception of the stone bath house. The bath house excavated in 1958 appears to pre-date the defences (late C1st AD), perhaps forming part of a mansio complex alongside Ermine Street.
