Lle'r Gaer Enclosure
Iron Age Defended Enclosures
Lle’r Gaer consists of the remains of an iron age enclosure, believed to date back to the Iron Age period (around 800 BC – AD 74, during the Roman conquest of Wales). Ller Gaer camp, in particular, is defended by a single bank on its west side, reaching a maximum height of 3 meters.
The only visible remains are small bumps in the field.
